Bliss Flowers – Terms and Conditions
At Bliss Flowers, your satisfaction is most important to us. We take great pride in our work, our florists and our network, we are committed to ensuring your gift will be delivered as you have ordered.
Pricing and Payment
All products are listed in Australian Dollars AUD$. We endeavour to keep our prices fair for our customers with no added costs at the end of your order.
Please note that we accept orders and payments worldwide however at this stage only deliver within Australia.
Same day delivery if ordered by 2.00 pm. CST. Monday to Friday. (If ordered after 2.00pm we will do our best for same day delivery but cannot guarantee it.) To all business addresses we will deliver before 5.00pm.
Same day delivery if ordered by 10.00 CST. Saturday.
Any orders received after cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as they would already be in preparation or transit.
Only offered on Mother’s Day.
Valentine’s Day, Christmas Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day
Order most be placed at least 24 hours prior, cut off 9.00am the day before (13/2) for guaranteed deliveries on Valentine’s day.
No timed deliveries for Valentine’s Day, all orders to businesses will be delivered by 5.00 pm. If you ask for a special time for your order, we will pass it onto the florist but cannot guarantee any specific times due to the high number of deliveries on the day.
We cannot give delivery confirmations until the next day when we receive the drivers run sheets back to the office.
For late Orders placed on 14th of February, Valentine’s Day, we cannot promise same day deliveries, we will take every care to see that your order is delivered on Valentine’s Day, by allocating it to the nearest florist, but if it is not possible to delivery due to the high number of deliveries, we will deliver on the 15th.
Our florist network, will make every effort to fill your order according to the picture displayed, if we need to substitute a flower or item because of seasonal factors or unavailability, we will use a flower or item of similar value as the one ordered.
An item containing seasonal flowers may be different to the one displayed, due to seasonal availability of flowers. When necessary, we reserve the right to automatically substitute flowers of similar value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift on time.
If you cancel your order once it has been placed, we will offer a full refund back to your credit card minus a $15.00 administration charge. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.
Please be careful when filling in your order form and make sure that the name and address is that of the recipient and not your own the sender, as we cannot be responsible for orders that are mistakenly addressed to yourself, and cannot refund in such cases, as the order will have been filled and delivered to you.
Also, please be careful when ordering extras from the dropdown menus as we will have to deliver what you have ordered even if you have accidently ordered an item while browsing.
Please check your receipt carefully and email or ring us ASAP if you have made a mistake so we can alter it before it is made and delivered, after such time we cannot correct it.
If your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order.
If we are given a wrong address, we will re-deliver you order with an additional (up to) $15.00 delivery charge. If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order e.g in secure buildings or flats, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional (up to) $15.00 delivery fee.
We cannot give delivery confirmations until the next day, until we have all courier details in our office.
Whenever there is a recognised South Australian Public Holiday and delivery is requested for these days we will deliver on the next working day.
Generally Standard size refers to a Mini-box size, Medium to a Medium Box and Large to a Large box size.
If there are only two sizes the one displayed will be the standard and the large size a larger version with more flowers, unless otherwise stated.
If some items are unavailable, we will substitute other items of equivalent or greater value. Where there are two prices, the flower and gourmet hampers pictured represent the starting value. Choose the higher value and your order will be increased in size/value compared to the image pictured.
Items with Alcohol
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery to Bliss Flowers 8381 2935. We will work with the sender until we have a satisfactory outcome. We cannot however, offer any form of refund if a complaint is received more than 24 hours after delivery.
All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.
Bliss Flowers web-site is maintained daily and we ensure to the best of our ability that all prices are correct, on the rare occasion of a computer malfunction, we will manually adjust the price and email you of the price adjustment.
All customers personal information will not be shared with any outside organisations. Data will only be used to process orders at the time of purchase and to receive payment also for delivery purposes.
All online payments are secured by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
